OHL Conductor, Rope and Earth Wire Grips

The HD, MD and LD type grips form a range of conductor grips, designed specifically for the demanding requirements of the UK power industry, that are quick and easy to attach and remove.

They are available in sizes from 8mm to 48mm, with MBL up to 24,000kg and WLL 8,000kg. the range of grips using a combination of single, double and triple weave lattices to achieve the required overall grip strength.

They are suitable for all common conductors e.g. Horse, Lynx, Upas, Zebra and Araucaria plus earth wires such as OPGW.

  • The flexible eye connects with our line pulling swivels
  • Designed for the most common conductors used in the UK
  • Colour coded for ease of identification
